Every time your users are waiting is important to give them feedback why and how long it will take. No one like to waste time for no reason, don't let your users do.

Form tend to be tough nut to crack for user if they don't have well-defined inputs. Prefixes and postfixes turn out to be game-changer when it comes to guiding the user through the process.

Keep your users in the loop, give them feedback after they complete an action. Be clear with the message and keep in mind to send this right after the action.
